Refunds: Yetta Cosmetics does not issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Shipping & Processing Time: Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days depending on USPS. Processing takes up to 2-3 business days. When your order is processed it will be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority.

 

*note: if you make an order during a SALE processing can take up to 3-7 days

 

Tracking: Labels are premade, you cannot start tracking your package until your package is scanned at the USPS office. The day your label is created will be the day your package will go to the post office. Tracking numbers will be sent to the provided email, please ensure you are putting your correct email on your order. Your emails can also get sent to your spam folder, before sending a complaint ensure you are checking your email thoroughly.

 

Packages lost, stolen or undelivered: Yetta Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost through USPS, you must file a complaint/insurance claim with the Postal Service. If your package was stolen once delivered you must file an insurance claim with USPS. All packages that are undelivered due to the customer providing the wrong address and is sent back to Yetta Cosmetics PO BOX will have to pay a reshipping fee.

 

 

Exchanges: Due to COVID-19, Yetta Cosmetics will not EXCHANGE any products that aren’t damaged. If your products are damaged during shipping you will have to file an insurance claim with USPS before we can replace your product.

 

*note: all products are well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
